Click on the be a patient button to get started. After a few quick questions (We swear they are easy!) your interest form will be on its way. Our Monthly fee is $75 dollars a month for unlimited texting and specialized personal care.
Step 2
We will contact you and discuss services you have interest in. There are a few forms to read and sign (HIPPA, privacy, and such) in our system before we can start.
Step 3
We will schedule a video visit where we can get to know you personally. Then together we can form a plan to get you to your goals and a better healthier life.
